Sassy water

Detox drink, which I have been using for years. I don’t like the taste of water, so I drink it regularly. Sometimes I fill a pitcher or just take a cup.


  1. Water
  2. Lemons
  3. Fresh mint
  4. Cucumber


  • It doesn’t matter how much, do it as you wish. I like it without the lemon and cucumber peel, but I can leave it.
  • Squeeze a little lemon into the water before adding it. When you place the mint in the water to activate it, first tear off the leaves and then add them.
  • Can drink right away or make a pitcher for a few days.
